自2014年以来，他致力于带领上海寰享贡献于开源社区，现在是Odoo社区大会 最活跃的董事会成员 。

With 12+ years experience in software architecture and leading software development teams, Sebastien has been working on a wide range of projects (up to 10K man.days), industries (retail, insurance, transport, accounting, e-commerce) and technologies (J2EE, .NET, PHP, Oracle, MySQL). He also spent 4 years in the R&D department of Generix, a French ERP editor.

自 2012年起，姚明开始负责欧莱雅集团中国和台湾电商平台（约10余个网站）的技术协调。2015年加入上海寰享。
