Elico Corp to implement OpenERP in Servair Macau
Servair and Elico Corp have reached an agreement to implement OpenERP as a full vertical air-catering solution in Macau Airport to sustain the full activity of the Servair Macau catering center. The project will start in June 2013 and is planned to be finished at the end of 2014.
OpenERP will cover all operations management including flight forecasts and organization, meal and menu configurations, meal production area, purchasing, warehousing and delivery. Support services such as HR, accounting, CMMS and QC activities will complete the scope with functions embedded in OpenERP.
Servair Macau
MCS-Macau Catering Services Company Limited (also known as Servair Macau) was incorporated in Macau in 1995. It is a joint venture between Servair-SATS Holdings and local companies including, STDM, H. Nolasco, and Wu’s Group. Servair-SATS is composed of Servair Group- Air France catering subsidiary - the third largest airline catering services provider in the world and SATS - the Singapore Airlines catering subsidiary.
