New Chinese localization modules for OpenERP 6.0

Elico Corp brings the community 2 new modules for the Chinese localization in the accounting area:

Shanghai Elico Limited - 上海寰享网络科技有限公司, Eric Caudal

Asset management (l10n_cn_account_asset)

This is a backport to 6.0 from official 6.1 account_asset module. We will improve it soon to be even more specific to Chinese necessities.

Foreign Exchange Revaluation (l10n_cn_account_fx_valuation)

This is as well a backport to 6.0 from the excellent module from Camp2Camp (account_unrealized_currency_gain_loss available in 6.1). Those 2 modules, completely translated into simplified Chinese, have been satisfactorily tested in production environment by Chinese accountants. First OpenERP Certified Training brought to a successful close in Shanghai
